Mr. John Huang is appointed General Manager, Decisioning & Analytics, Experian Greater China. In this role, John is responsible for managing GC Consulting & Analytics, Software and FID teams. He is also the Head of GC Big Data and Innovation Lab. John has over 20 years of experience in the financial industries. He specialises in credit risk management and business development in retail banking. The clients he served include China Construction Bank, Bank of China (HK), Agricultural Bank Of China, Ping An Bank, CITIC Bank, and quite a number of city commercial banks, rural commercial banks and auto finance companies. John’s expertise covers big data model of Internet Finance, machine learning, marketing analysis and revenue optimisation. Prior to Experian, he worked at Moodys, FICO, PwC, HSBC and Dun & Bradstreet with remarkable project experience and achievements in retail banking, SMB and business credit rating. He also specialises in Basel II Pillar II (ICAAP) consulting and operational risk AMA model, certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. John holds his Degree of Master of Operations Research from London School of Economics and Political Science and Degree of Bachelor of Double Major in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Victoria.
