Prashanti Dutta is a Knowledge Management and Innovations Specialist at the World Bank, turned advocate of global development. She has also worked with International Finance Corporation, a private sector wing of the World Bank Group that helps countries in creating opportunities and markets through private sector development and the International Monetary Fund. She is an active member of the UN’s Technology Community of practice and works on knowledge exchange and partnership building. She is very passionate about UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the role of Financial Inclusion in eradicating poverty and promoting inclusive development. She is also an advisor to Guppy, a next generation credit bureau built on Blockchain technology that is transforming the way businesses and users control and use credit data. She is pursuing an Executive joint MBA from Brown University and IE Business School on entrepreneurship and leadership. She grew up in an NGO in India and loves advising and helping social service organizations and is trying to find a way to connect private sector growth with social impact.
