Former senior policy adviser of International Organization of Securities Commissions(IOSCO). Was responsible for international regulatory policy and standard setting for securities markets, including areas of intermediaries, secondary markets and financial stability. Was the first person from China to work at IOSCO.
Former member of the CSRC’s private fund committee .Participated in setting up China’s private fund regulatory framework,designed and developed China’s first private fund registration system.
Worked in the fund registration department of China Securities Regulatory Commission. Formulated the proposal and participated in the promotion of the access and registration for independent fund sale institutions.
Previously worked at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong, in the securitization, investment banking and direct investment field.
Has written several financial policy articles and reports for the G20, IOSCO, CSRC, and other well-known media outlets and publications.
